INTRODUCTION AND HISTORY

Concrete Ventures Group, Inc. was founded by Mr. Charlie Aniceto V. Gorayeb. The growth and success of Concrete Ventures Group, Inc. is a direct result of the innovativeness and tenacity of our founder who brought the highest level of expertise, leadership and the appropriate resources to meet the demand of the discriminating construction market.

Having been in the construction business for the past two decades, Mr. Gorayeb saw the vast potentials in the Philippines for a better pre-cast concrete joist system as a method for supporting roof and flooring systems.  On May 24, 1990, in the midst of the building boom being experienced by the country, his idea became a reality with the incorporation of Concrete Ventures Group, Inc.

In anticipation of a progressive and prosperous concrete joist business, Mr. Gorayeb earmarked a large tract of land in San Pioquinto, Malvar, Batangas for its C-Joist manufacturing plant. In October 1992, the commercial operations of Concrete Ventures Group, Inc. began with a very lean manpower complement. In less than ten years, the Company has already been operating at peak production. To date, it is the leading commercial concrete joist casting plant that operates in the Philippines.

The main plant of Concrete Ventures Group, Inc. in San Pioquinto, Malvar, Batangas is a state-of-the-art forming plant utilizing high-precision German-technology.
